Chairman of the Board Paul van Eeden is the President of Cranberry Capital Inc. and a director of C3 Alliance Corp. Paul started his business career in 1985 and has been involved in public capital markets since 1995, first as a broker and later as an investor. Paul has a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and is known for his research on gold pricing models and monetary inflation.
Paddy Nicol, MBA
President, CEO & Director Paddy has over 15 years' experience in public company management serving on the boards of Abacus Mining Corp., Redstar Gold Corp., Niblack Mining Corp., Cobre Exploration Ltd., and Spanish Mountain Gold. Most recently he was the President and CEO of Niblack Mining Corp. which successfully merged with Committee Bay Resources in 2008. During his tenure, Paddy developed an extensive network of contacts throughout the institutional and retail investment community. Paddy holds an MBA in management consulting from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia.
David Caulfield, P. Geo.
Director David Caulfield was co-founder of Rimfire Minerals Corporation and he played an integral role in building the company and it's business through its strategic partnerships. Prior to Rimfire, he was a co-founder and President of Equity Engineering Ltd. (now Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd.), a privately held geological consulting firm. David is also a co-founder, shareholder and Chairman of C3 Alliance Corp., a privately held consulting firm which facilitates mutually beneficial relationships between Indigenous Peoples and resource sector businesses. In an extensive volunteer capacity, David served as the 2005 President of the Association for Mineral Exploration of British Columbia (AME BC) and David played a role in the creation of Geoscience BC and has served as a Director and Vice Chair until 2014.
John F.H. Thompson, Ph.D.
Director John divides his time between Cornell University, where he is the Wold Professor of Environmental Balance for Human Sustainability, and Vancouver, BC where his consulting company provides strategic analysis and advice related to exploration, mining and sustainability. John has over 35 years of experience with the minerals industry and related research. He was VP Technology and Development and Chief Geoscientist for Teck Resources (1998-2012) and worked previously with Rio Tinto and BP Minerals. In the 1990s he ran the Mineral Deposit Research Unit at the University of British Columbia on behalf of industry. He participated in Global Agenda Council for the Future of Mining and Metals and is currently a member of the Global Future Council for Advanced Materials -- both with the World Economic Forum. He is Chair of the Resources for Future Generations 2018 conference, Vice Chair of Genome BC, past President of the Society of Economic Geologists, and has other corporate board and advisory roles.
Stewart Harris, P. Geo.
VP Technical Services Stewart Harris has over twenty-nine years' experience in mineral exploration and has specialized in all aspects of exploration program development and management. This experience has been throughout the Canadian Cordillera and with substantial international experience in Central and South America and the Southwest Pacific Rim. His most recent position, before joining the company, was with Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd. where he was responsible for exploration ranging from first-pass reconnaissance-scale exploration to resource definition drilling programs. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Geological Sciences from the University of British Columbia and is also a Professional Geoscientist.
VP New Opportunities and Exploration Charles is a geologist/geophysicist with 11 years of industry experience in project evaluation and gold/copper exploration. He joins Evrim from Newcrest Mining in Australia where he was responsible for entering new projects in the Americas. Prior to this he worked for OZ Minerals/Oxiana and was part of the Ankata and Khamsin Iron Oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) discoveries in South Australia. He has a wide range of experience in porphyry, epithermal and IOCG deposits in the both North and South America and the Asia-Pacific region. Charles has a degree in Space Science from La Trobe University and an honours degree in Earth Science from the University of Melbourne.

Chief Financial Officer Mahesh Liyanage is a Chartered Professional Accountant (member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of BC) with more than 20 years' experience across diverse industries. For the past ten years, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer for several exploration companies and gained valuable experience in managing financial affairs of exploration companies.
