These partners may earn a majority interest in the project by fulfilling the terms of an option agreement. Having a portfolio of active projects maximizes the probability for discovery and minimizes investor risk.

• $4.0 million in exploration, $400,000 cash for 60% (4 years)

Regional Alliance:

Trans Mexican Volcanic Belt

• 3 year Regional Alliance Agreement for generative exploration within study areas in the Trans Mexican Volcanic Belt ("TMVB”) focused on identifying gold, silver, and gold-copper porphyry targets
• $500,000 Newmont/Evrim co-funded program

Callinan Royalties Corporation
Canadian company that creates and acquires mineral royalties

Callinan Exploration Alliance

• 4 year exploration alliance focusing on precious and base metal targets within a 40,000 square kilometre area of interest

• $1.5 million agreement with $500,000 funding for the first year
